Voting for the People’s Choice category in the Midlands Family Business Awards is open right now, giving the public the chance to make their views count and vote for J-Flex!
J-Flex is a finalist in the Family Business of the Year category at the Midlands Family Business Awards, the UK’s only independent, not-for-profit annual Awards showcase for family businesses in the Midlands.
As a 2018 finalist J-Flex is automatically entered into the People’s Choice category, which is decided purely by public vote and the rare opportunity for customers, clients, employees, business contacts, their local community and followers to make their views count by voting for their personal favourite family business.
Voting is open now until midnight on the 15th November 2018 to, is completely free of charge!

“J-Flex has established itself as a truly world-class company and is the UK’s leading elastomer solutions provider. We regularly export to 50+ countries and it’s all thanks to the brand created by our founders (and shareholders) John & Jill Kirk, and the relationships developed over the last 34 years.
We live our values every day by recognising & rewarding achievements and are committed to embedding them by recruiting against and appraising against them. We have a tremendously talented and loyal team in Retford – over 60% of my colleagues have been with J-Flex for 10 or more years (some closer to 20!)

Once voting has closed at midnight on the 15th November, all votes will be counted to identify the overall winner and two highly commended in the category.
All Award and category winners will be revealed at the Midlands Family Business Awards’ ceremony and black-tie dinner on Thursday 22nd November 2018 in Leicester.
